After screening and diagnosis, the children will receive free treatment. In addition to free medical examinations, treatment, and medication, the team also presented gifts to the children of Dan Lai. The total cost for this medical mission was over 200 million VND.

The Dan Lai ethnic group is known for its custom of sleeping while sitting. Previously, they lived a nomadic lifestyle, but in recent years, thanks to the attention of the Party and the State, they have been able to settle down. However, their low level of education, poor and backward economic conditions, and especially the prevalence of child marriage and consanguineous marriage, all threaten the survival of this ethnic group. Therefore, health check-ups and examinations for the Dan Lai people are extremely necessary.
