More than 120 soldiers help people build new rural roads in An Hoa (Quynh Luu)
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Military Command coordinated with the Department of Transport, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and local authorities to build a new rural road in An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district.
In Tan Thang hamlet, the Provincial Military Command mobilized 120 officers and soldiers of the command agency to coordinate with the militia and local people to pour concrete on the inter-village road, 350m long and 3.5m wide. The total estimated value of materials and labor days to complete the road is over 400 million VND, implemented jointly by the Provincial Military Command and the Department of Transport, contributing to the locality's new rural construction.

| On the morning of February 18, 2017, the Provincial Military Command organized a force of officers and soldiers to march in the field to do mass mobilization work in An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district. Also attending were Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; representatives of the leaders of Military Region 4, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, and Quynh Luu district. |
On this occasion, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh presented 10 gifts to 10 policy families and extremely disadvantaged households in the commune; presented 10 gifts to fishermen and more than 500 flags to local fishermen.
Among them, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh directly came to give gifts, visit and encourage the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuc and the family of Mr. Nguyen Quang Tong in Tan An hamlet.
The Provincial Military Command and local Party Committees and authorities have started to build a "House of Gratitude" for parishioner Nguyen Van Phat, whose family is in difficult circumstances and currently has no house; in which the Provincial Military Command contributed 60 million VND from the "Personal savings for the needy" Fund.

Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh kindly visited and encouraged Nguyen Van Phap's family, and assigned the Quynh Luu District Military Command to arrange personnel to help the family during the house construction process.
On this occasion, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union also presented 10 gifts to 10 policy families with especially difficult circumstances in An Hoa commune.
