On the morning of July 31st, the Nghe An Oncology Hospital, in collaboration with the Vietnam Breast Cancer Network (BCNV), the Network for Children with Cancer, the Cancer Patient Support Fund - Bright Tomorrow, and hair salons in Nghe An province, organized the "Hair for Cancer Patients 2025" program with the theme "Giving Hair - Sowing Hope". The program attracted over 200 participants who donated hair, contributing to sharing love with cancer patients undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Hair is a symbol of beauty and confidence, especially for women. But for those battling illness, hair loss due to chemotherapy becomes a source of insecurity, causing them further physical and emotional distress. Therefore, the "Hair for Cancer Patients" program is not just a charitable activity, but also carries profound humanitarian significance – a small act of giving away hair, yet bringing hope and strength to those fighting against this life-threatening disease.

During this morning's program, nearly 100 wigs made from real human hair were donated to cancer patients, with a total value of nearly 300 million VND. In addition, many meaningful gifts from organizations, philanthropists, and volunteers were also delivered directly to the patients, as a form of encouragement and motivation.
