Over 300 students from Con Cuong district participated in the Phu Dong Sports Festival.
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 9th, Con Cuong district inaugurated the 17th Phu Dong Sports Festival in 2015.

The sports festival was attended by 328 athletes, all students from 35 primary, secondary, and high schools in the district.
The athletes competed in 528 matches across the following sports: table tennis, sepak takraw, badminton, chess, high jump, long jump, elementary school football, volleyball, stick pushing, and athletics.

This is an annual event organized to continue maintaining and promoting the "National Movement for Physical Training Following the Example of the Great President Ho Chi Minh," encouraging regular training and competition in sports among high school students to improve their health, develop their physical abilities, contribute to their holistic education, and select, train, and nurture athletes to participate in the 17th Phu Dong Sports Festival of Nghe An Province in 2015.
