More than 56% of newly admitted party members in Nghe An are women.

According to statistics from the Organizing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, from the beginning of 2021 to April 30, there were 858 new party members admitted in the province; of which 486 were female, accounting for 56.6%.

Since the beginning of the year, Party committees at all levels in the province have coordinated with mass organizations to implement many solutions to discover and train outstanding people to introduce to the Party organization. The implementation of developing new Party members has been implemented at all levels in accordance with the conditions and actual situations in localities and each field.

During that process, Party committees and organizations at all levels focused on educating new Party members and the masses on political ideology and revolutionary traditions. At the same time, they launched emulation movements to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws so that the masses and new Party members could actively participate and promote the responsibility of Party members in grassroots activities.
