(Baonghean.vn) - Affected by storm No. 2, Que Phong is currently experiencing very heavy rain. Initial updates on the damage from last night's floods show that more than 60 houses and schools in the district have collapsed and had their roofs blown off.
The most severely affected was Tri Le commune, where 57 houses had their roofs blown off and 2 houses collapsed completely. Many rice fields, crops, and fish ponds were swept away by the flood. Rivers and streams rose in water, completely isolating villages on both sides of the streams.
