More than 80% of Russian people support President Putin
A VNA correspondent in Moscow cited the results of the latest survey by the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTsIOM) published on April 21, showing that the number of Russians who trust President Vladimir Putin is over 80%.

According to the survey, President Putin's confidence rate increased by 0.4% to 80.1%. 77.5% of respondents approved of the Russian President's performance, up 0.4% from the previous week.
According to the same poll, the positive evaluation rate of the work done by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the Russian Government was 54.8% and 51.8% respectively. Trust in Prime Minister Mishustin decreased by 0.2% to 63.3%.
The support rate for the ruling United Russia party was 39%, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) was 10.2%, the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) was 9.3%, the Just Russia - Patriots - For Truth party was 5.2%, and the New People party was 4.3%.
The VTsIOM poll was conducted by telephone from April 10-16, with the participation of 1,600 people aged 18 and over in 80 regions of Russia.
