A young man died in a brawl on Highway 1A.

Lang Son Provincial Police Department has just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and issued an order to temporarily detain Hoang Tuan Truong (born 1999) for investigation of murder.

According to the investigation documents, at about 9:00 p.m. on October 22, 2016, on National Highway 1A in Keo Kham village, Dong Dang town, Cao Loc district, Lang Son province, a fight broke out between two groups of young men. As a result, Ly Van Thang, born in 1995, residing in Po Ha village, Phu Xa commune, Cao Loc district, was stabbed to death by a person with a knife.

Immediately after the incident, Lang Son Provincial Police conducted an investigation, searched and clarified that the person who stabbed Thang was Hoang Tuan Truong, residing in Vuon Sai area, Dong Dang town.

The investigation agency has urgently arrested the Chief and seized the knife used in the crime.

According to the suspect's statement, due to a personal conflict, during the fight he used a prepared knife to stab Thang.

The case is being investigated and handled by the police.
