A brawl on National Highway 1A leaves one young man dead.

The Investigation Police Department of Lang Son province has just initiated a criminal case, charged the suspect, and issued an arrest warrant for Hoàng Tuấn Trưởng (born in 1999) for the crime of murder.

According to investigation documents, at approximately 9:00 PM on October 22, 2016, a brawl occurred between two groups of young men on National Highway 1A in Keo Kham village, Dong Dang town, Cao Loc district, Lang Son province. As a result, Ly Van Thang, born in 1995, residing in Po Ha village, Phu Xa commune, Cao Loc district, was stabbed to death by one of the assailants.

The suspect is Hoang Tuan Truong.

Immediately after the incident occurred, the Lang Son Provincial Police conducted an investigation and identified the person who stabbed Thang as Hoang Tuan Truong, residing in Vuon Sai area, Dong Dang town.

The investigating agency has arrested Truong and seized the knife used in the crime.

According to the suspect's confession, due to a personal conflict, he used a knife he had concealed to stab Thang during the altercation.

The matter is currently under investigation and being handled by the police.
