Sharing about this passion, Tuan said that making videos for customers stems entirely from his enthusiasm."Seeing many tourists struggling to figure out how to take beautiful photos or videos, I feel sorry for them. It's such a waste that they come here and don't have any beautiful pictures to take home, while I'm an islander and know all the best spots.""After 3-4 years of assisting tourists, Mr. Tuan has mastered the art of guiding them on posing and capturing the most beautiful moments," he said.
Traditional ice cream flavors since 1984
Tuan's main job is selling ice cream in the area around the "unnamed waterfall" or Bai Bang beach. This is homemade ice cream made by his family using a recipe passed down from his father, who has been selling ice cream on the island since 1984. Each batch of ice cream takes over ten hours to make, using milk, sugar, coconut, and other natural ingredients.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of flavors from coconut, durian, chocolate to red bean ice cream for only 10,000 VND per cone. Although he sometimes gets so caught up filming for customers that he "forgets to sell," Mr. Tuan still feels happy because he has contributed to helping his hometown of Hon Son gain favor in the eyes of friends from afar.
