Honda HR-V 2018 upgraded version revealed
Recently, the first upgraded Honda HR-V 2018 versions have begun testing on the streets of Malaysia.
In 2013, the second generation Honda HR-V was launched, marking a resounding global success for the company's compact SUV line. This year, Malaysia will be one of the first markets to welcome the 2018 upgraded version of the HR-V.
In terms of appearance, although the front of the car is carefully covered, it is still easy to recognize the big changes. Honda HR-V will have a more powerful front end design, sporty front bumper, Honda logo placed in a higher position, larger size, along with many other upgrades from the headlights, fog light frame and grille.

At the rear, the upgraded 2018 Honda HR-V does not have many obvious changes. In addition, the interior is completed with completely new seat covers and a modern infotainment system. However, the cabin will still retain the typical layout of the previous HR-V version.

In terms of performance, Honda offers a 1.5L i-VTEC petrol engine, a 1.6L i-DTEC diesel engine and a 1.5L i-VTEC+i-DCD hybrid powertrain. Honda has not yet revealed any information about the transmission and other engine tweaks.
Many experts expect the upgraded HR-V to bring a more complete Honda Sensing sensor set to match the advanced safety and support technologies upgraded by the automaker.
The 2018 Honda HR-V is expected to be widely sold in the international market next year. HCIL is also “bustling” to prepare for the launch of the HR-V in India./.
