Launched in late 2016, the SH300i ABS marked the first time Honda officially had a product that could "temporarily stand" alongside Vietnam's most expensive officially sold scooter, the Vespa 946. Prior to that, this model was only owned by a select few enthusiasts through private imports. Recently, Honda has added a new version of the SH300i with a more masculine and sporty matte black color.
In this version, the entire body is painted in matte black, a very popular color for scooters in Vietnam. Meanwhile, the Honda logo is painted in contrasting red, combined with black alloy wheels with red rims for a more striking look. Honda only changed the paint color; the design and equipment remain the same as the standard version launched in 2016. As always, this version is priced at 249 million VND, 1 million VND higher than the standard version.
Previously, the Honda SH300i was available in a standard gray-black version. |
To date, the SH300i ABS is not only the most expensive and well-equipped SH scooter model, but also the most powerful, offered by Honda in Vietnam. It uses a 279cc SOHC engine producing 24.8 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 25.5 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. Additionally, it's equipped with several modern features such as LED lights, a smart key, a mobile charger, and ABS disc brakes on both wheels.
