HONOR has officially confirmed the launch date of its next-generation flagship phone, the HONOR Magic 9, for September 28th in Beijing. The most significant technical highlight of the HONOR Magic 9 series lies in its new generation Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor from Qualcomm. Manufactured using an advanced 2nm process, this processor makes the HONOR Magic 9 one of the first Android smartphones to embrace the 2nm era.

Shrinking the manufacturing process to 2nm results in superior power optimization and increased transistor density. This not only enables extremely high task processing performance but also enhances the power of on-device AI models.

A breakthrough in cinematic photography from the collaboration between HONOR and ARRI.

In addition to its processing power, the HONOR Magic 9's photographic capabilities have been comprehensively upgraded through a collaboration with ARRI – a renowned German manufacturer of professional cinema cameras. This collaboration provides the device with studio-quality shooting capabilities, featuring color optimization algorithms such as ARRI LogC3, ARRI Look filters, and an advanced video recording mode.

In terms of camera hardware, the high-end version boasts the following notable specifications:
