Honor has officially launched its latest tablet, the Pad X9 Max, in the UK market. This large-screen device is aimed at the mainstream segment, focusing primarily on multimedia entertainment and light daily work tasks.

The most valuable highlight of the Honor Pad X9 Max is its large 13-inch LCD screen. This display boasts a resolution of 2500x1560 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, resulting in smoother swiping, touching, and transitions. With a maximum brightness of 700 nits, the device ensures good visibility in various lighting conditions.

To protect users' eyesight over the long term, Honor has integrated a paper-like reading mode, DC dimming technology to prevent flickering, and TÜV Rheinland certification for blue light reduction. These are practical features for those who frequently watch movies or read news on their tablets.

Inside its 618-gram unibody aluminum casing, the Honor Pad X9 Max is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 processor. The device offers two RAM options: 4GB or 6GB, paired with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. Notably, users can expand storage via microSD card with a maximum supported capacity of up to 2TB.

In terms of software, the device runs on MagicOS 10, a customized interface based on Android 16, promising optimized features for the large screen and improved multitasking capabilities.

Despite its impressive display and battery specifications, the Honor Pad X9 Max still has some limitations to optimize its price. Specifically, the device only supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1, which are quite outdated compared to current standards. The camera system is also only basic, with 5MP sensors for both the front and rear, sufficient for simple video calls or document scanning.
