Following the departure of coach Nguyen Thanh Cong, Hong Linh Ha Tinh Club has officially announced his successor as Nguyen Cong Manh, a young coach from Nghe An province.

Born and raised in Nghe An, coach Nguyen Cong Manh rose through the ranks of the renowned Song Lam Nghe An youth academy. With a solid foundation, he gradually established his capabilities on the coaching bench and was once expected to be a key figure in inheriting the legacy of young coaches in Vietnamese football.
In December 2024, Mr. Manh was appointed head coach of Becamex Binh Duong Club, replacing coach Hoang Anh Tuan. In his initial period as coach, he made a strong impression by helping Binh Duong achieve consecutive victories and advance to the semi-finals of the 2024/2025 National Cup.
Under coach Cong Manh's guidance, the Binh Duong team displays a modern style of play, emphasizing ball control and flexible exploitation of the flanks. His football philosophy is highly regarded by experts, with a focus on tactical discipline and excellent game reading ability.
