Realizing the aspiration of winning the 25th Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth - Children Football Tournament in 2023, right from the beginning of the year, coaches and youth football trainers in Hung Nguyen traveled to all hamlets, communes, and schools in the area to look for talented football students to bring back and nurture.

Since then, teachers and students of the two youth and children's football teams of Hung Nguyen district have been working in the sun and wind on the training grounds every morning and afternoon, practicing physical exercises, techniques, tactics, etc. to improve the players' skills and spirit and the team's strength.
