As a result, budget revenue in the district reached over 724 billion VND, exceeding the district People's Council's assigned target by more than 166%.

The total state budget revenue for 2022 is estimated at nearly 1,297 billion VND, reaching 138.1% of the target set by the District People's Council.
Of that amount, budget revenue in the district reached over 724 billion VND, achieving 166.4% of the district People's Council's projected target (including revenue from land use rights fees of 600 billion VND, achieving 171.4% of the district People's Council's projected target, and taxes, fees, and other revenues of over 124 billion VND, achieving 145.9% of the district People's Council's projected target).
Total local government budget expenditure in 2022 is estimated at over 752 billion VND. Of this, development investment expenditure is 135.5 billion VND; recurrent expenditure and targeted programs account for over 463 billion VND.

Regarding budget revenue in 2023, Hung Nguyen district has set a target of over 503 billion VND in total state budget revenue; including over 86 billion VND from taxes, fees, and charges; 400 billion VND from land use right fees; and over 7 billion VND from public land funds, public property profits, and other sources. The total budget expenditure for the district in 2023 is estimated at over 515 billion VND.
