The Party Committee of Yen Na commune was established on the basis of merging the two communes of Yen Na and Yen Tinh. Building on the tradition of unity, the Party committees at all levels, both before and after the merger, have made efforts to lead and direct, achieving many comprehensive results and basically fulfilling the targets set in the resolution.

Party building and strengthening the political system have always been a top priority for the commune. Political and ideological propaganda and education for cadres, Party members, and the people are carried out systematically and extensively, especially regarding Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the Party and State's policies and guidelines. Directives from the Central Committee and higher levels are implemented promptly, through both traditional and online methods; the review and summation of directives and resolutions are conducted seriously and with high quality. As a result, awareness and consensus throughout the Party committee are constantly improved, strengthening the firm belief of cadres, Party members, and the people.

The commune Party Committee also focuses on innovation in Party branch activities, linking Party activities with the model of Party members in charge of households. Regulations and rules are strictly developed and enforced, combined with close inspection and supervision to promptly adjust and resolve complaints and denunciations, and ensure proper asset declaration procedures. This contributes to enhancing the fighting capacity and integrity of the Party organization.

The commune's Party Committee has demonstrated clear practical leadership capabilities. Transforming agricultural and livestock farming models by applying science and technology towards a garden-pond-livestock-forest model has increased productivity and saved resources. Forest planting and livestock farming are planned, bringing the forest cover rate to over 79%. Average per capita income reached 31 million VND/year, exceeding the target; the poverty rate decreased to 32%; and the economy has clearly shifted from agriculture to trade, services, and labor export. Rural infrastructure such as transportation, schools, health stations, and cultural centers have been significantly improved; two villages have been recognized as achieving new rural standards, and the image of a modern and convenient rural area is clearly emerging.

In the field of education, the quality of teaching and learning continues to improve, the percentage of students progressing to high school is over 75%, national standard schools are maintained, facilities are green, clean, and beautiful, and the learning environment has improved significantly.

Primary healthcare maintains national standards, the local health network is comprehensive, the rate of malnourished children has decreased to below 16%, basic healthcare needs are better met, and people's satisfaction is increasing.

The spiritual life of the community has been increasingly enhanced through the successful implementation of the "National Unity for Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement. Nearly 93% of households have achieved the title of "Culturally Rich Family," with rich cultural and sports activities, and healthy village cultural teams have emerged in each village, contributing to the preservation of ethnic cultural identity. At the same time, communication through radio, television, and social media has been innovated, delivering information to the people in a timely and effective manner.

Social welfare work has received comprehensive attention. Over 200 migrant workers have stable incomes. Support policies such as building and repairing houses for the poor, and providing assistance during the Lunar New Year have been fully implemented, with the poverty rate decreasing to 32%, a clear testament to this. Gender equality, childcare, and health insurance are implemented seriously, along with effective prevention and control of social evils, drug rehabilitation, and post-rehabilitation management, creating a safe and healthy social environment.

National defense and security are firmly maintained. Organizations and militia forces operate effectively, defense drills achieve excellent results, and recruitment exceeds targets. The commune is not only "drug-free" but also utilizes the movement to protect national security to promote community cohesion.

Regarding external relations and development linkages, the commune maintains a sister-commune relationship with Son Hai commune, Son Ha district, Quang Ngai province (now Son Thuy commune, Quang Ngai province); connecting with many localities, philanthropists, and some businesses in supporting and advising the local area on developing products such as Gynostemma pentaphyllum tea, lake fish, and Rhus chinensis.

Furthermore, administrative reform and digital transformation have been implemented synchronously. Online public services, digitized documents, and online payments have been piloted and expanded, serving citizens and businesses quickly and efficiently.

Building Yen Na commune into a comprehensively developed, sustainable, and distinctive community.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, building on the achievements of the previous period, the Party Committee and people of Yen Na commune have clearly defined the overall goal: To continue strengthening the great national unity, enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; to innovate the Party's leadership methods, improve the effectiveness of government administration, and promote the initiative, creativity, and efficiency of the Fatherland Front and other organizations and associations.

Firmly committed to a comprehensive agricultural development orientation, with livestock farming and aquaculture as key sectors; implementing regional production planning based on strengths; effectively exploiting the potential of infrastructure and geographical location, and expanding connections with neighboring regions.

The focus should shift strongly towards developing an agricultural economy while preserving and promoting traditional cultural values; improving the quality of socio-cultural life; maintaining and developing the titles of cultural villages and cultural families, and achieving national standards in education and healthcare. At the same time, effectively implement social welfare programs, caring for the material and spiritual well-being of the people; focusing on human resource development, vocational training, and expanding the labor export market.

Maintaining political and social stability, ensuring strong national defense and security, gradually improving the quality of life, and developing Yen Na commune in a comprehensive, sustainable direction with its own unique identity.

To realize its goals, Yen Na commune has set 17 key targets across the fields of economy, culture and society, environment, security and defense, Party building, and the political system. Based on this, the commune has identified 5 key task groups, 3 strategic breakthroughs, and 4 main solution groups, aiming to maximize resource mobilization, leverage the combined strength of the entire political system and the whole population, and create clear and sustainable development in all aspects.

Three key breakthroughs have been identified as decisive factors in promoting the comprehensive development of the locality:

First and foremost, there needs to be a strong shift in the mindset regarding agricultural economic development, moving from small-scale production to large-scale, efficient, and sustainable commodity production. Priority should be given to creating breakthroughs in livestock farming, rationally exploiting the potential of the reservoir to develop aquaculture in a modern direction, applying technology and protecting the ecological environment.

Next, improving the quality of human resources is considered the foundation for sustainable development. The locality focuses on promoting vocational training, linked to practical needs and the labor market, while expanding channels for labor export to create stable income sources, contributing to improving people's lives and reducing pressure on local employment.

Ultimately, the decisive factor in the current context, as identified by Yen Na commune, is the comprehensive promotion of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation across all sectors. This will not only enhance productivity and efficiency in management and administration but also contribute to the modernization of the entire political system, fostering socio-economic development in a smart, flexible, and highly adaptable direction.
