Anh Son District: Launching the 7th Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 2nd, 2015, Tuong Son commune (Anh Son district) launched the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club, the 7th club of its kind in Anh Son district.

The launching ceremony was attended by representatives of the district and commune leaders, along with a large number of local people and members of the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club of Tuong Son commune.

After a period of campaigning to establish the club, including selecting outstanding individuals, organizing exchanges between units, and raising funds through social contributions (nearly 60 million VND), the club has now been officially established with over 60 members divided into 5 groups based on their residential areas.

Delegates and a large number of people from Tuong Son commune attended the launching ceremony of the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club.

The club's management board and representatives from each group introduced themselves and approved the operating regulations.

The club's goal is to revive cultural and artistic movements, especially the folk songs of Nghe Tinh, contributing to the preservation and promotion of intangible cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO, and gradually improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people.

At the ceremony, the Steering Committee of the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club in Tuong Son commune approved the operating regulations with 4 chapters and 10 articles, specifying details regarding training and performance times, funding for costumes and musical instruments, etc.
