Ms. Truong Thi Thuong - Head of the village's Front Committee said: Ha Son village has 787 voters, of which 70% are Kho Mu ethnic group and 30% are Thai ethnic group. Thanks to the preparation work that was done in advance, by May 19, all preparations were completed carefully.

“We are particularly interested in the workCovid-19 prevention, so the village has prepared masks, disinfectants... at the polling station. During the voting process, voters must strictly follow the "5K" as recommended by professional agencies. At exactly 5:00 a.m. on May 21, ballot boxes will be opened until 7:00 p.m. on the same day. For 4 cases of elderly and sick voters in the village, the Front Committee will bring additional ballot boxes to their homes so that they can exercise their rights and obligations in the election," said Ms. Truong Thi Thuong.
Voter Cut Van Long, an elderly man in Ha Son village, excitedly said: Although farming work is quite busy, the whole family will temporarily put aside work to go to the election. This is not only a right but also a responsibility of each person. I hope that the elected representatives this time will do their best to help the people and fulfill the wishes of the majority of voters.

Ms. Lo Thi Hong - Secretary of the Party Committee of Muong Noc commune added: The locality has 2 pointsearly election, including Ha Son village, Thanh Phong 1, Thanh Phong 2. By May 19, preparations for the election at these locations had been completed. Each village was provided with 10 boxes of masks, 5 bottles of hand sanitizer, 1 thermometer, 1 disinfectant sprayer, and 1 generator in case of power outage.
“The mountainous region is characterized by thunderstorms in the afternoon during this season, so the commune directed polling stations to propagate and encourage voters to vote early,” said Ms. Lo Thi Hong.

Mr. Bui Van Hien - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the District Election Council said: The characteristics of the 10 early voting stations in the district are ethnic minorities in remote areas, difficult transportation, many points do not have national grid electricity. In addition to the preparation work that has been carried out early at the voting stations, the district also pays special attention to Covid-19 epidemic prevention. Accordingly, the early voting stations strictly follow the "5K" recommendations of the Ministry of Health, at the same time arrange medical forces, medicines, tools, and vehicles right in the locality, the district has also arranged 4 centralized quarantine areas.
By the afternoon of May 19, all 10 early voting stations in Que Phong district had completed preparations and were ready for voters to go to the polls./.
