| The "National Costume" segment of Miss Grand International 2017 took place on the evening of October 12th in Quang Binh. Huyen My took to the stage near the end of the show. She introduced herself and posed in a vibrant red ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), inspired by the enamel patterns of the Hue imperial court. The patterns were embroidered with gold thread on a brocade fabric. Huyen My's costume was designed by Ngo Nhat Huy. |

| Miss USA's outfit was inspired by the character "Wonder Woman". The "Top 15 Most Impressive National Costumes" will be based on audience votes ("likes" and "shares" on Facebook). Each "like" counts as one point, and each "share" counts as three points. Voting closes on October 15th. The judges will also select 10 outstanding contestants. From the Top 25 chosen by both judges and audience, the organizers will open another round of voting (from October 16th to 20th) to find the Top 10. The final winner will be chosen by the judges from the Top 10. The results will be announced during the final night on October 25th in Phu Quoc. |
