The second-generation Hyundai Venue has been revealed with a boxy, robust design inspired by the Creta and Exter, and is equipped with Level 2 ADAS safety features.

The second-generation Hyundai Venue has been fully revealed in India ahead of its official launch in November, marking a significant shift in the compact urban SUV segment. The new model abandons the rounded lines of its predecessor for a more angular and muscular appearance, while also boasting significant technological upgrades, including the introduction of a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).

The front-end design of the new generation Hyundai Venue shares many similarities with its larger sibling, the Creta.

Transforming with a futuristic design language.

The new Hyundai Venue's design is a blend of the compact SUV Exter and its larger sibling, the Creta. The entire body has been completely redesigned, resulting in a robust and modern overall look. The front end is striking, featuring a full-width LED daytime running light strip located just below the flat, sculpted hood. A large, lower-positioned grille integrates the headlights, and notably, the presence of radar sensors confirms the inclusion of the ADAS (Advanced Automotive Systems) technology package.

Viewed from the side, the 2025 Venue is reminiscent of the Hyundai Tucson with its flared wheel arches and angular plastic cladding, emphasizing its SUV look. The increased amount of plastic cladding on the sides of the vehicle also gives it a more robust and off-road-like appearance. A notable detail is the aerodynamic wheel design, similar to that on Hyundai's electric vehicles, raising the possibility of a future Venue EV version.

The rear of the 2025 Hyundai Venue has also been completely redesigned, giving it a more imposing appearance.

The rear of the vehicle continues the muscular style with a larger rear window, promising improved space for the rear seats. The tailgate is sculpted with a prominent shape, accompanied by a continuous LED taillight strip in line with modern design trends. Details such as roof rails, a spoiler, and a shark fin antenna complete the dynamic look of the SUV.

Digitalized cabin and enhanced comfort.

Although no official images have been released yet, the interior of the new Hyundai Venue is expected to undergo a design and equipment revolution. It will likely feature a pair of large screens, including a digital instrument panel and a central touchscreen, similar to recent Hyundai models. The finishing materials are also predicted to be more premium.

In terms of amenities, the new Venue will likely boast segment-leading features such as ventilated front seats, power-adjustable driver's seat, six standard airbags, USB-C charging ports for both rows of seats, and rear air vents, providing a more comfortable experience for all passengers.

A wide range of engine options and N-Line variants.

Initially, the new generation Hyundai Venue will retain the existing engine options available in the Indian market. Hyundai also confirmed it will continue to offer the N-Line version, targeting customers who appreciate a sportier driving feel with refinements to the suspension and exterior design.

Increased pressure in the segment.

With its redesigned exterior and, most notably, the addition of Level 2 ADAS safety technology, the new Hyundai Venue is ready to put pressure on formidable rivals like the Kia Sonet and Toyota Raize. ADAS is gradually becoming a new standard in the affordable SUV segment in markets like India, and the Venue is catching up with this trend. After its launch in India, it is highly likely that this model will soon be introduced in Vietnam, promising to further intensify the competition in the urban SUV segment.
