Indonesia: More bombings in Surabaya, targeting police headquarters.
Indonesian police said today (May 14) that a car exploded at a police station in Surabaya, killing at least one person and injuring 10 others, just one day after a series of attacks that left more than 40 people dead or injured.
Police spokesman Frans Barung Mangera in East Java province said the explosion occurred at approximately 8:50 a.m. (local time).
Footage from surveillance cameras at the scene shows a man carrying a woman on a motorcycle as they drive to the police parking lot. They then detonate explosives at the security checkpoint.
Mr. Mangera later confirmed that the two suicide bombers were traveling on a motorcycle.

The incident occurred just one day after a suicide attack killed at least 13 people and injured 41 at three churches, also in Surabaya, Indonesia's second-largest city.
A spokesperson for the East Java provincial police said an investigation is underway to determine if there is any connection between the May 14 bombing and the three church terrorist attacks on May 13. According to News.com.au, the six suicide bombers at the three churches were all from the same family, consisting of parents and four young children.
National police officer Tito Karnavian said the father detonated a car bomb, his two sons, aged 18 and 16, used motorcycles to attack, while the mother and her two younger daughters strapped explosives to their bodies.
According to Tito Karnavian, the suicide bombers were a family returning to Indonesia from Syria. The self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS) has also claimed responsibility for the attack.
