Infographic: Update on the damage in Nghe An province due to Typhoon No. 4

As of September 24th, the remnants of Typhoon No. 4 and heavy rains in Nghe An province have caused 3 deaths, damaged many houses and buildings, and resulted in losses of crops and livestock.
