(Baonghean.vn) – The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) aims to assess and rank the quality of economic governance in provinces and centrally-administered cities based on the business environment as perceived by businesses. Over the past five years (2011-2015), Nghe An province has improved its PCI ranking, rising from 49th (in 2011) to 32nd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
