Jakarta shaken by a series of bombings.
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 14th, a series of explosions occurred in the center of Jakarta, Indonesia. According to the latest statistics, at least 6 people were killed in the bombings.

Indonesian media reported that the attacks took place in a bustling shopping mall in the capital. Notably, this area is home to many of Jakarta's representative offices, embassies, and luxury hotels.
As of now, Indonesian media reports indicate a total of six explosions occurred in Jakarta. Numerous gunshots were heard following the series of attacks.
A police spokesperson revealed that at least one of the bombings was carried out by a suicide bomber.
The first explosion occurred near the United Nations headquarters. Several witnesses reported hearing the explosion coming from a Starbucks coffee shop in the United States.
A second explosion occurred a few minutes later. TVOne reported that a third explosion took place a few minutes after that, near the Pakistani and Turkish embassies.
