Previously, on March 1st, Ms. D.TMN (21 years old; residing in Tan Binh commune, Thanh Binh district) went to the Obstetrics Department of Thanh Binh District Health Center to give birth.
At approximately 9:50 PM on March 3rd, Ms. N. went to the restroom when the suspect suddenly broke into the bathroom, restrained her, covered her mouth, and demanded sexual intercourse.

At that moment, Ms. N. shouted for help, and at the same time, family members and those caring for patients broke down the bathroom door to rescue N.; they also apprehended the suspect Ng. and handed him over to the police for processing.
