The man who used a sports gun to shoot and kill someone has turned himself in.
After 10 days on the run for shooting someone to death with a sports gun, suspect Le Hoang Anh turned himself in to the police.
On the evening of October 1, information from Duc Tho District Police (Ha Tinh) said that after 10 days of hiding, Le Hoang Anh (30 years old, residing in Duc Lac Commune, Duc Tho District) surrendered to Ha Tinh Provincial Police at 8:00 p.m. the same day.

The suspect Le Hoang Anh was identified as the suspect who used a gun to shoot and kill Tran Cao Nguyen (34 years old, residing in Duc Thanh commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh) on September 20 at Hoang Anh's private home.
As reported by PLVN Newspaper at around 3:00 p.m. on September 20, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thap (residing in Long Hoa village, Duc An commune, Duc Tho district) invited Mr. Tran Cao Nguyen and a few friends to Hoang Anh's house to resolve the conflict.
When arriving at Hoang Anh's house, Tran Cao Nguyen got out of the car and went in first, but was suddenly shot once in the chest by a gunman. The victim fell down on the spot, the others saw what happened and ran to the car, Hoang Anh continued to shoot at this group of people but luckily no one was injured.
The victim was taken to Duc Tho District Hospital by local people for emergency treatment but died from a bullet wound to the heart. After committing the crime, Hoang Anh fled the scene and left the area. The police pursued him but had no results.
Previously, on September 26, the investigation agency issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings, prosecute the accused, and issue a temporary arrest warrant for Le Hoang Anh to investigate the crime of murder. The case continues to be investigated and handled according to regulations.
