The man who shot and killed someone with a sporting rifle has turned himself in.
After 10 days on the run following a fatal shooting with a sporting rifle, suspect Le Hoang Anh surrendered to the investigating authorities.
On the evening of October 1st, information from the Duc Tho District Police (Ha Tinh province) indicated that after 10 days of hiding, Le Hoang Anh (30 years old, residing in Duc Lac commune, Duc Tho district) surrendered to the Ha Tinh Provincial Police at 8 PM that same day.

Le Hoang Anh has been identified as the suspect who shot and killed Tran Cao Nguyen (34 years old, residing in Duc Thanh commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province) on September 20th at Hoang Anh's private residence.
As reported by PLVN newspaper, at approximately 3 PM on September 20th, Nguyen Xuan Thap (residing in Long Hoa village, Duc An commune, Duc Tho district) invited Tran Cao Nguyen and a few friends to Hoang Anh's house to resolve a conflict.
Upon arriving at Hoang Anh's house, Tran Cao Nguyen got out of the car and went inside first, but was unexpectedly shot in the chest with a sports rifle. The victim collapsed on the spot, and the others, seeing this, fled to the car. Hoang Anh continued firing at the group, but fortunately, no one was injured.
The victim was immediately taken to Duc Tho District Hospital by local residents for emergency treatment but died from a bullet wound to the heart. After committing the crime, the suspect Hoang Anh fled the scene and left the area; the police have been searching for him but have not yet succeeded.
Previously, on September 26th, the investigating agency issued a decision to initiate a criminal case, indict the suspect, and issue an arrest warrant for Le Hoang Anh for investigation into the crime of murder. The case is being further investigated and processed according to regulations.
