The first party membership ceremony in the fishing village of Do Luong.

After a long period of striving, with the attention and support of the Party Committee of Hamlet 6 and the Party Committee of the Department of Transport, Tran Thi Ngoc Anh, born on September 1, 1995, from Hamlet 6, Dang Son Commune (Do Luong District), has had the honor of joining the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam according to Decision No. 1487-QD-HU dated October 29, 2018, of the Do Luong District Party Committee.

In a solemn atmosphere, before the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, Comrade Tran Thi Ngoc Anh recited the oath, vowing to continue striving to always be a model Party member, contributing her efforts to successfully fulfill the political tasks of the Party branch, and contributing to the development of Hamlet 6.

Hamlet 6, Dang Son commune, is a fishing village that was resettled in 2012, with 83 households and 364 inhabitants. In June 2016, the Do Luong District Party Committee and Dang Son commune established a reinforced Party branch consisting of 5 Party members who are commune officials and civil servants to participate in activities in the hamlet, but no local Party members have been recruited yet.

In implementing Project 01 of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc has developed Plan No. 78-KH/DU on assigning grassroots Party organizations to undertake assistance to the hamlets and villages under Project 01 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, in September 2017, the Party Committee of the Department of Transport was assigned by the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc to assist the Party Branch of Hamlet 6, Dang Son Commune, Do Luong District in developing Party members.

The Party Committee of the Department established a steering committee and assigned officials to work directly with communes and villages to understand the actual situation and find solutions to help and support the villages in building and strengthening the political system as well as developing the economy.

In addition, to help the hamlet mobilize its members to participate in activities, the Party Committee of the Department of Transport has provided 50 stainless steel folding chairs; a set of amplifier, microphone, and speakers for the hamlet's meeting hall; gifts from the Party Committee to poor and disadvantaged households in the hamlet; and families with members recommended for Party membership.
