(Baonghean.vn) - According to regulations, the subjects of the confidence vote are the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Vice-Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, the Heads of the Provincial People's Council's committees, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Vice-Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, and the members of the Provincial People's Committee elected by the Provincial People's Council before January 1, 2023.

On the afternoon of October 27th, the Nghe An Provincial People's Council, 18th term, 2021-2025, conducted a vote of confidence and passed a Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for 30 individuals holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council, ensuring seriousness, adherence to content, procedures, and regulations as prescribed by law.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council submitted to the Provincial People's Council a proposal regarding the list of 30 people to be subject to a vote of confidence for the Provincial People's Council to consider and vote on.

81 provincial People's Council delegates will be divided into two groups to discuss issues related to the confidence vote (Group 1 consists of 41 provincial People's Council delegates from the electoral units of cities, towns, and districts: Vinh, Cua Lo, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong; Group 2 consists of 40 provincial People's Council delegates from the electoral units of districts and towns: Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa, Tan Ky, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Hoang Mai, Ky Son); after the discussion, the two groups of delegates will send the minutes of the discussion results to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council reports to the Provincial People's Council on the results of the group discussions.
