Regarding the fact that some subscribers still have weak signals, unstable networks or unstable connections, Ms. Le Thai Ha said that this problem only occurs locally in some small areas and depends on the user's device. For old phone lines, it is common for the device to not be fully compatible with modern network infrastructure.
