(Baonghean.vn) - Truong Bon National Historical Site in My Son Commune (Do Luong) is one of the special destinations in Nghe An. Coming to Truong Bon, visitors share the same feeling of nostalgia and emotion before the "sacred realm", which was once the "coordinate of fire".

On the occasion of the 54th anniversary of Truong Bon victory, Nghe An Newspaper reporters recorded the feelings of some tourists when they returned to this historical site.

Ms. Le Thi Phuong (tourist from Thanh Hoa):

“This is the first time I have returned to Truong Bon, a place that has become a legend, thousands of soldiers fought bravely and sacrificed to contribute to writing the miracle of the resistance war.anti-American, save the countryIn particular, mentioning Truong Bon reminds us of the destructive bombing of the US Air Force in the early morning of October 31, 1968, which caused 13 youth volunteers to fall while on duty.

Coming here, I suddenly felt a sense of nostalgia, a feeling both familiar and strange. Familiar because through the stories printed in books and newspapers, I could somewhat imagine the scenery here, imagine each facial expression of the heroes and martyrs who are lying in Truong Bon. Strange because this was the first time I set foot in the "sacred land", and saw with my own eyes the vast landscape with mountains, hills, fields, and villages.

From there, I got a specific, vivid impression of the place that was once the "fire coordinate" and the life and fighting spirit of the people and soldiers during the years of fierce American bombing.

Back to DiTruong Bon National Historical Site, through the images and symbols, I feel the sacrifices and losses of generations before me and am filled with emotion and choking. We belong to the next generation, always promising ourselves to strive and follow the examples of generations of soldiers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.

Every time I come back here, I always have a feeling of excitement, hard to describe, both pride and gratitude. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to help me remember the contributions of the Heroes and martyrs who fought andsacrificein this land. From there, constantly improve the sense of dedication in work, contributing a small part to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland today.

As a woman, every time I stand before the souls of the 13 martyrs who died at Truong Bon on October 31, 1968, including 11 women,Youth Volunteers, I always feel proud of the spirit of dedication and glorious tradition of Vietnamese women. Through that, I hope that women today always complete their assigned tasks excellently, make an important contribution to the country's innovation and integration and preserve family happiness.

Truong Bon is a special destination in Nghe An, a place that reminds us of the glorious victories of the past. As a Vietnamese, you should at least visit Truong Bon once to better understand the spirit and will of the previous generations.

Mr. Phung Quang Trung (tourist from Hanoi)

“Today, my group of young friends and I returned from Hanoi to Nghe An province and spent time visiting Truong Bon National Historical Site. The first impression when arriving at the site was a large and airy space with lots of trees and items and structures with spiritual symbolic meaning.

All of these exude the solemnity and sacredness of the relic site. Surrounded by rolling hills and fertile fields and villages, it evokes a peaceful and prosperous life in the land that was once the “coordinate of fire”.

Coming here right on the occasion of preparing for the 54th anniversary of Truong Bon victory, I witnessed many delegations of visitors coming to offer flowers and incense to the souls of the heroes.Hero, martyrfought and sacrificed on the legendary route. Especially, when I heard the explanation about the relic site, about the heroic sacrifice of 13 youth volunteers of Company 317, my heart was filled with emotions that are difficult to express in words.

Through that, I feel more proud and understand more about the heroic history, brave spirit, and fearlessness of hardship and sacrifice of the youth volunteers during the anti-American war.

The things I witnessed and the stories I heard will become my life's luggage. I will tell them to my relatives and friends and advise them to take the time to visit the legendary Truong Bon.

Mr. Le Quyet Thang (from Nghe An, currently living in Hanoi):

“I am a member of the “Team Lee” group. Today, I have the opportunity to present the Truong Bon National Historical Site with color-restored portraits of 13 heroes and martyrs who died on October 31, 1968. As a son of Nghe An, now living and working in the capital Hanoi, I am always proud of the patriotic tradition, always indomitable and resilient in fighting of many generations of my hometown people.

Among them, Truong Bon is one of the “red addresses” educating the revolutionary spirit for the young generation. I could not hold back my tears when listening to the tour guide tell about the sacrifice of 13 youth volunteers of Company 317. When peace was near, the future was wide open, the brothers and sisters still clung to the battlefield and fell at dawn.

Details about your personal life, love life and plans bring more sympathy and emotion to me.tourist, especially for young people like our generation. Because we were born and raised when life was no longer too difficult, deprived, and we were cared for and educated, we could not fully understand the hardships and sacrifices of the generation that fought against the Americans.

For that reason, the members of Team Lee and I decided to restore 13 photos of heroes and martyrs to show our pride in our homeland and our gratitude to those who have fallen. Through this, we hope to help visitors to Truong Bon visualize more clearly the faces of the young men and women who have transformed into the homeland's land.
