When asked if he would meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the former basketball star left the answer open: "You'll see."

He also refused to answer questions about whether he played any role in the release of American student Otto Warmbier.

However, the "VIP guest" of leader Kim Jong Un affirmed that he had a good visit to North Korea.

"Everyone here is happy. It's been a great trip," Reuters news agency quoted Dennis Rodman.

Before arriving in Pyongyang, the former US basketball star had announced that he was looking to bring sports to this mysterious country.

During his five days in North Korea, he visited the birthplace of late leader Kim Il Sung, interacted with a women's basketball team and met with North Korean sports officials.
