Opening of the Competition for Excellent Party Cell Secretaries of Provincial Agencies

(Baonghean.vn) - This contest had the participation of 57 contestants representing 62 grassroots Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies. Accordingly, 3 contest clusters were organized to select contestants for the final round.

To organize the contest, the Organizing Committee has developed a set of exam questions including 100 multiple choice questions and 20 situational questions on Party building work, posted on the website of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Bloc for candidates to study and review.

The contest is a form of study and training to improve knowledge of Party work and practical experience for the team of Party cell secretaries and grassroots Party committee members, creating conditions for Party cell secretaries and Party committee members to exchange and study, contributing to improving the quality of Party committee activities, the quality of Party cell activities, improving leadership capacity and skills in handling practical situations in the Party cell to perform well the assigned duties and tasks.

At the same time, through that, the quality of the Party cell, the grassroots Party organization and the grassroots Party committee team can be assessed more realistically. From there, there will be organizational and consolidation measures to improve the leadership capacity of the Party cell, the Party cell secretary and the grassroots Party committee.

The cluster round takes place over 3 days (from September 13-15), with 18 contestants taking part in the first day. The Organizing Committee will select 12 contestants with the highest, second and third highest scores from the cluster rounds to participate in the final round on the evening of September 20.
