Opening Ceremony of the Competition for Outstanding Party Branch Secretaries of Provincial Agencies

| In anticipation of the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc (September 22, 1954 - September 22, 2017), on the morning of September 13, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc organized the 2017 Excellent Branch Secretary Competition. Attending the competition was Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc. |
To organize the competition, the Organizing Committee developed a set of exam questions consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions and 20 situational questions on Party building work, which were posted on the website of the Provincial Party Committee of State Agencies for candidates to study and review.
The competition is a form of learning and training aimed at enhancing knowledge of Party work and practical experience for grassroots Party branch secretaries and committee members. It creates opportunities for Party branch secretaries and committee members to interact and learn from each other, contributing to improving the quality of Party committee and branch meetings, enhancing leadership capacity, and improving skills in handling real-life situations at the branch level to effectively fulfill their assigned responsibilities and tasks.

At the same time, this process allows for a more realistic assessment of the quality of Party branches, grassroots Party organizations, and grassroots Party committees. From this, measures can be taken to organize and strengthen them, thereby improving the leadership capacity of Party branches, branch secretaries, and grassroots Party committees.
The regional rounds took place over 3 days (from September 13-15), with 18 contestants participating on the first day. The Organizing Committee will select the top 12 contestants with the highest scores from the regional rounds to participate in the final round on the evening of September 20.
