Opening of the exhibition "Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan - Life and Career"

Attending the exhibition were leaders from the Ministry of Public Security, including General Luong Tam Quang - Member of the Political Bureau, Minister of Public Security; along with other leaders from the Ministry of Public Security and central ministries and agencies.

The leaders of Nghe An province included Comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The exhibition aims to publicize and introduce to cadres, soldiers, and the people the immense contributions of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation in general, and the People's Public Security force in particular.

This contributes to educating generations of officers and soldiers, especially the younger generation of the People's Public Security Force, to continue promoting the study and creative application of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan's views and thoughts in carrying out the tasks of protecting political security, maintaining social order and safety, and building the People's Public Security Force in the current period.

The exhibition displays over 850 documents, artifacts, and images, divided into four sections: Section 1: Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan - his hometown, family, and friends; Section 2: Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan - his years of revolutionary activity; Section 3: Recognition by the Party, State, and People of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan; Section 4: Experiences at the Exhibition - Digital display of the Tran Quoc Hoan Memorial Site in Nghe An.

Minister Tran Quoc Hoan once instructed police officers and soldiers: "As members of the People's Police, you must know how to stand guard so that the people can sleep soundly, watch over so that the people can enjoy themselves, and take the happiness of the people as your joy and purpose in life."

Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan, whose birth name was Nguyen Trong Canh, was born on January 23, 1916, in Nghe An province, a region rich in revolutionary traditions.

Early on, enlightened by the Party's ideals, at the age of 14, he joined the anti-imperialist student movement, embarking on a revolutionary path full of hardship but of utmost nobility, dedicating his entire life to national independence and the happiness of the people.

Having dedicated over half a century to revolutionary activities, and entrusted by the Party with many particularly important responsibilities during extremely challenging times, Comrade [Name] left a profound mark on the course of Vietnam's revolutionary history.

Comrade [Name] was the first Minister of Public Security, possessing strategic vision, keen insight, and absolute loyalty to the Fatherland, the Party, the State, and the People. He firmly grasped and creatively applied the Party's guidelines to the practical work of the Public Security sector, directly laying the first foundation for the development of the force and professional skills of the Public Security sector.

Under his leadership and guidance, the Vietnam People's Public Security Force has gradually matured in all aspects, becoming a crucial revolutionary armed force, absolutely loyal and trustworthy to the Party, resolutely crushing all conspiracies and subversive activities of counter-revolutionary forces, maintaining political security and social order, and effectively serving the revolutionary cause of the nation throughout various periods.

His life and career are a shining example of a true communist, devoted to the country and loyal to the people throughout his life.

The Minister of Public Security offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh and the late Minister Tran Quoc Hoan.
