On the morning of August 14th, the Party Committee of Tan An commune, Nghe An province, held its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Tan An commune was established by merging Nghia Phuc, Huong Son, and Tan An communes of the former Tan Ky district. The Tan An commune Party Committee has 3 subordinate Party committees and 36 branches with 955 Party members.
Implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress of Tan An commune for the 2020-2025 term, the socio-economic development of Tan An commune has achieved many important results. Party building work has received attention; leadership and management have been reformed to be more specific in assigning and defining individual responsibilities, ensuring clarity of roles, tasks, and responsibilities; and administrative reform has seen many positive changes.

The average growth rate over the next five years is estimated at 5.13%, and the industry's production value is estimated at 452,375 million VND.Total food production is estimated to reach over 14,115 tons by 2025; budget expenditures will promptly meet the tasks of economic development and social welfare.;The economic structure is shifting towards an increased proportion of industrial and service sectors.
Focus on applying scientific and technological advancements to improve productivity and quality, reduce costs, and ensure safe production. Prioritize investment in advanced and modern scientific and technological equipment for production, harvesting, and pest control.

For the 2025-2030 term, with the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development," Tan An commune sets the goal of "building a clean and strong Party committee; promoting democracy, unity, and consensus; effectively exploiting potential and resources to make Tan An a prosperous commune in the region and the province."
To achieve the goals for the 2025-2030 term, the Tan An Commune Party Committee has set forth 5 development perspectives, 30 specific targets, 5 key tasks, and 3 breakthroughs in development.
Accordingly, Tan An commune aims to achieve a state budget revenue of 12.5 billion VND by 2030. The average per capita income per year is targeted to reach 80-85 million VND by 2030...

Delivering a guiding speech at the Congress, Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee - acknowledged and highly appreciated the important achievements that the Party Committee, Government, and people of Tan An commune have achieved in the past term. At the same time, he expressed confidence that the collective Executive Committee of the Tan An Commune Party Committee in the new term will promote the spirit of unity, dynamism, creativity, and innovation, determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, successfully implement the goals set forth in the resolution, and actively contribute to the overall development of the province in the new era of the country.

Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam emphasized several key tasks that need to be implemented in the coming period.This includes focusing on building and implementing spatial development plans for communes in a synchronized and modern manner, linked to the province's overall plan, especially the plan for constructing the Commune Public Administrative Center. It also involves mobilizing resources, especially domestic resources, to invest in infrastructure development, with priority given to developing transportation infrastructure; commercial and service infrastructure; and information technology infrastructure.
Based on its existing potential and advantages, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department suggested that Tan An commune focus on developing its economy in a green direction, with rapid and sustainable growth. The growth drivers should be based on science, technology, digital transformation, high-tech applied agriculture; developing commercial, safe, organic, VietGAP-certified agriculture, and building OCOP brands.

Encourage and support the development of the private economy, create favorable conditions for businesses to operate; promote services and trade, and improve income and quality of life.
At the same time, attention should be paid to the comprehensive development of the cultural and social sectors; improving the quality of human resources; enhancing the quality of education and healthcare; providing vocational training and creating jobs; and improving the level of technology application for the workforce.
Promote the "National Unity in Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement in conjunction with building new rural areas; preserve and promote the cultural values of the Thai and Tho ethnic groups living in the area; effectively implement social welfare policies, ensure national defense and security, and maintain political stability and social order.

Continue to build a clean, strong, and comprehensive Party organization and political system. Improve the organizational structure to be streamlined, effective, and efficient. Accelerate administrative reform, digital transformation, and innovative thinking, using people's satisfaction as a measure of the quality of government operations.
Building a team of officials with strong political qualities, high professional competence, and a great sense of responsibility; who dare to think, dare to act, and are close to the people. Innovating the working methods of the People's Council, the Fatherland Front, and other political and social organizations towards being more thorough and effective; promoting the role of social supervision and criticism.

Strengthen the fight against corruption, negative practices, and waste. Strictly implement the regulations on grassroots democracy, receive citizens, engage in dialogue, and promptly resolve legitimate requests and aspirations of the people. Uphold the responsibility of setting a good example for cadres and Party members, especially those in leadership positions.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department requested that, immediately after the Congress, the commune Party Committee should urgently develop an action program with specific, practical tasks, projects, and plans; and organize their implementation decisively and synchronously to quickly bring the Congress Resolution into life.
