Opening of Nam Vinh Bus Station in Lam Thanh Commune
After completing the infrastructure and legal procedures as required, this morning (June 18th), Nghe An Bus Station Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to announce the decision and inaugurate the Nam Vinh Bus Station.
This is a modern bus station built on a planned area of nearly 46,200 m².2The ferry terminal is conveniently located on one side of National Highway 1, the Vinh bypass section, in Lam Thanh commune, Nghe An province. The infrastructure is planned comprehensively to optimize operational capacity, including: a spacious 8,000 m² parking area for vehicles waiting to pick up passengers.2; a parking area for other vehicles of 2,000m²... meeting the needs of passengers with a spacious and comfortable environment.
After inspection and evaluation, the Nghe An Department of Construction issued a decision to officially put the Nam Vinh Bus Station into operation as a type 2 bus station. Once operational, the station will serve to receive and transfer passengers to various communes, wards, and many provinces and cities nationwide. The main focus will be on routes to southern provinces.
This is the fourth bus station to be built in the Vinh urban area, along with the Vinh North Bus Station, the Central Bus Station in the West, and the East Bus Station. The station is considered an important piece and a new highlight in the static transportation system of Nghe An province.
