Opening of the Mental Health Counseling Hotline

In recent years, along with socio-economic development, mental health issues have received increasing attention. The pressures of life, work, and studies have led to an increase in disorders such as anxiety, stress, insomnia, and depression, affecting younger people. However, access to specialized counseling and support services remains limited due to distance, time constraints, and psychological reluctance to seek help. Operating during business hours on weekdays, along with a 24/7 after-hours support line, this hotline will be a reliable resource for people to: get answers to their mental health questions; recognize early signs of abnormalities; receive guidance on mental health care for themselves and their families; and, more importantly, receive timely support and understanding for their personal psychological issues.

The Call Center team was established based on the principles of information security and responsible counseling. The team will work on a shift basis, ensuring continuous and smooth operation to best serve the needs of the people. This will contribute to raising public awareness about mental health care; early detection and timely intervention of psychological disorders; reducing the burden on healthcare facilities; and gradually building a community that is healthy both physically and mentally.
