Medical examination and free medicine for more than 150 people in Quy Hop

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 30, Quy Hop District Youth Union coordinated with the district's Young Doctors Club to organize free medical examinations and medicine distribution in Chau Thanh commune.

Doctors from the District Young Physicians Club examined, prescribed and distributed free medicine to more than 150 people in two particularly difficult villages of Chau Thanh commune, Na An and Na Bon.

In addition, doctors and nurses also advise and guide people on how to prevent and avoid some common diseases in the cold winter.

The total amount of money for the medical examination and medicine distribution was more than 10 million VND, contributed by the district youth union and members of the district's Young Doctors Club and mobilized support from benefactors in the district.

Every year, the Quy Hop District Young Doctors Club organizes 2-3 medical examinations and provides free medicine to poor people in remote, isolated and extremely disadvantaged areas in the area.
