Free medical examinations and medication provided to 250 people in the border area of Thanh Chuong.
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 28th, the medical corps of the Nghe An Border Guard organized free medical examinations, treatment, and medication distribution for the people of Khe Mu village, Thanh Thuy border commune, Thanh Chuong district.
The team brought along some modern equipment to examine and detect diseases early in the village, so that patients could be advised on appropriate and effective treatment options. 250 villagers in Khe Mu hamlet received health check-ups and care from border guard doctors and medical staff.
The members of the working group also coordinated with the Thanh Thuy Commune Health Station to promote hygienic living habits, family planning, and primary healthcare at the grassroots level.

This activity aims to help local people detect certain diseases early. It also enhances the effectiveness of the military-civilian medical cooperation program in achieving the overall development goals of the border region.
