This is one of the pioneering models in Nghe An province, cultivated organically with a very special care method: Irrigation water is strictly controlled, filtered three times before being used for high-tech Israeli irrigation; care products supporting fruit trees include manure, green manure from grass, fish protein fermented with probiotics, organic potassium, and pest and disease prevention using microbial preparations and herbal infusions made from pure alcohol with garlic and chili. Currently, all fruit products from Tu Hanh farm have quality inspection certificates, trademark protection from the Intellectual Property Office, and traceability labels and export barcodes. Notably, two products, Taiwanese pear guava and red-fleshed dragon fruit, were awarded 3-star OCOP (One Commune One Product) at the provincial level in 2020. In the future, Mr. Tu plans to establish a cooperative or enterprise to collaborate with households and organic farms to expand scale and production, aiming for export.
