On March 17th, Minh Hang showed off her new luxury car, a multi-million dollar addition to her car collection.
According to Minh Hang, her husband gifted her a new car. Prior to this, she had also bought several luxury cars herself.
The singer's new car is a KIA Carnival, priced from 1.29 billion VND to approximately 1.8 billion VND, depending on the version.
The KIA Carnival offers two engine options. The first is a 2.2L turbocharged CRDi diesel engine producing 199 horsepower at 3800 rpm and 440 Nm of torque at 1750-2750 rpm. This version can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 10.7 seconds and has an average fuel consumption of 7.0 L/100 km.
Secondly, there's the 3.5L naturally aspirated MPI gasoline engine producing 268 horsepower at 6400 rpm and 331 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm. This version can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.5 seconds, with an average fuel consumption of 9.7 L/100 km.
Both engine options utilize front-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission. They also come with four driving modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, and Smart.
The singer shared: "I was sleeping in when he woke me up carrying the baby and invited me to lunch. I went downstairs and couldn't find the car, so he made me walk a short distance in the sun. Then I saw the brand-new car with the license plate bearing my and my child's birthdays, and my attitude changed 180 degrees."
