Construction begins on the largest project in Nghe An: Eco Central Park.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 30th, the founder of Ecopark and Ricons Construction Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Eco Central Park mega-urban area (Vinh City, Nghe An Province).
Immediately after winning the bid, Ricons commenced construction and accelerated the building process. In this collaboration with the founder of Ecopark, Ricons is the main contractor for the construction of the building's structure, exterior finishing, and drainage system for The Garden subdivision. Ricons is committed to delivering the best value for the project, ensuring workplace safety, high quality, and timely completion.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh - Deputy General Director of Eco Central Park said: “Eco Central Park is developed on the philosophy of “putting the emotions and happiness of residents at the center.” The project, spanning nearly 200 hectares and surrounded by the tranquil Lam River, is highly regarded for its geographical location and feng shui. We have dedicated a great deal of effort to planning, designing, and calculating the orientation of each house, each window to welcome cool breezes, the large water surface area, the elevated water spraying system to regulate the climate, and planting many trees for shade. Together with Ricons, we will bring residents the best quality homes, aesthetically pleasing and full of happiness.”
Mr. Canh affirmed that this is a period of very strong acceleration, striving to have a completed section by the end of 2023 so that residents can move in as soon as possible.

Future residents of Nghe An's largest urban area are extremely excited about the project's groundbreaking ceremony, as the day of "returning home to a grand park" is drawing closer. They expressed their confidence in the decisions of the Ecopark founder. "I knew about Ricons before and have great confidence in the Ecopark founder's decision to partner with Ricons to build a large-scale project like Eco Central Park. A large project needs a worthy partner. As one of the first residents of the project, I am eagerly awaiting the day I can move into my new home," shared resident Duong Anh Dung.
Mr. Dung also said that he passes by the project site every day on his way to work, so he knows that the construction site is always bustling with vehicles coming and going and a large number of construction workers. The project is changing every day, and the shape of the 10-hectare Swan Lake Park is gradually taking form.

Eco Central Park, a large green park spanning nearly 200 hectares, is the largest project in North Central Vietnam, a symbol of upscale living in the region. Eco Central Park boasts a 10-hectare Swan Lake Park, with 50 hectares of green space and water features, averaging 100 trees per person – 95 times the density of trees per person in Ho Chi Minh City and approximately 45 times the density in Hanoi.
