Groundbreaking ceremony of factory at VSIP Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 6, VSIP Nghe An Company Limited held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of phase 1 of the pre-built factory complex within the VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Park in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors, leaders of Hung Nguyen district and Mr. Anthony Tan - General Director of VSIP Nghe An Company Limited.

The total area of VSIP Nghe An ready-built factory complex is up to 20,000 m2 and is implemented in many phases with a total estimated investment capital of 6 million USD.

Phase 1 of the pre-built factory complex at VSIP Nghe An has an area of 5,000 m2, including 2 adjacent factories with complete design, suitable for most light and clean industries. Each factory includes an office area and a production area with full electricity, water and telecommunications systems.
In addition, customers of pre-built factory areas still receive support services like customers renting land, including: legal support, labor recruitment consulting, security, fire prevention and fighting, landscape and tree care in the industrial park, etc.

On behalf of VSIP Nghe An, General Director Anthony Tan affirmed his commitment to long-term investment and determination to gradually build a sustainable investment and development environment in Nghe An.
He emphasized that pre-built factories will help investors speed up production progress, reduce initial costs, and are also an ideal location for investors who want to experiment on a small scale. When expanding, they can rent larger factories or rent land to build according to their own designs.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hung Nguyen District Party Secretary Hoang Van Phi hopes that VSIP and the contractor will construct the project on schedule, ensure quality, quickly put it into operation, attract and serve more investors who are looking to deploy production and business in Nghe An.

VSIP was established in 1996 and has been continuously expanding, currently having 7 industrial parks in Binh Duong, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Quang Ngai, Hai Duong, and Nghe An with a total land fund of 6,153 hectares. From a traditional industrial park model to a modern urban-industrial complex, VSIP has attracted 616 investors with a total capital of 8.5 billion USD, creating nearly 160,000 jobs. VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Park with a total area of 750 hectares, started construction on September 16, 2015. Phase 1A with an area of 128 hectares has been quickly leveled and infrastructure built. VSIP Nghe An will continue to build a number of important projects such as wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, fire protection stations, etc. to serve the first customers in the fourth quarter of this year. |
