Le Giang 'Mrs. Nu's' impressive assets at age 52

Le Giang recently accompanied her mother and her youngest son, Luke Nguyen, to Australia to complete immigration procedures and enroll him in school. On this occasion, the female artist also showed off her new home in Australia that she recently purchased.

The house in Adelaide is spacious and located in a quiet area. The artist said she chose this place because it's close to the city center, her son's school, and conveniently located near markets, supermarkets, and hospitals.

The artist's living space is located on a corner of the neighborhood, with spacious front and back gardens, enough room to park a few cars and host BBQ parties. Le Giang has always loved a peaceful, quiet life. When buying a house, she prioritized choosing based on her own criteria.

The house isn't very spacious, but it's fully equipped, including a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom... Since she only recently moved in, Le Giang hasn't bought many furniture items yet.

The artist also wants her son to have a stable life so he can focus on his studies, while she will occasionally fly back and forth between Vietnam and Australia to visit him.

Besides real estate in Australia, Le Giang also owns two houses in Vietnam. One of them, a three-story townhouse in Ho Chi Minh City, is where her family primarily lives.

In addition, the actress also purchased a 600m2 beachfront villa worth nearly 10 billion VND in Vung Tau in August 2022. Wanting to live close to nature, Le Giang had the living space built to her liking. She dedicated the remaining land to a swimming pool, garden, and rockery.

"These houses are the result of my hard work over many years. At this age, having enough to live comfortably, still being able to work in my profession, and being loved by the audience, I couldn't ask for more," Le Giang once shared with VietNamNet.

At over 50 years old, Le Giang is one of the most sought-after female artists in Southern Vietnam. She is invited to film TV shows, act in movies, appear in commercials, and actively livestreams to sell products online. Thanks to her successful career, she has accumulated a considerable fortune including real estate, diamonds, and a passion for luxury shopping. Le Giang once gifted her son, Duy Phuoc, a high-end apartment to help him settle down.

"My greatest comfort right now is having a harmonious family and filial children. When they earn money, the first thing they think about is making up for their parents. I don't need them to repay my kindness because each of them has their own life. As long as they live decent lives, I am incredibly happy," Le Giang once confided to VietNamNet.
