The emulation bloc of Party agencies implements tasks for 2026.

The emulation bloc of Party agencies comprises 10 units: the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Political School, and Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television.

In 2025, emulation and reward activities will always be closely linked to the fulfillment of the political tasks of agencies and units. Accordingly, agencies and units will regularly maintain the key tasks of emulation in performing professional duties well, administrative reform, digital transformation, implementing democratic regulations, and promoting physical education and sports among cadres and civil servants.

Simultaneously, units within the bloc also focused on implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style"; and building culturally exemplary agencies. They fully, promptly, and effectively implemented emulation movements in accordance with the directives of the Central Government and the province, such as: the nationwide emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025; the nationwide emulation movement "Emulating innovation and digital transformation"; organizing conferences of outstanding individuals at all levels leading up to the Nghe An Provincial Emulation Congress for the period 2025-2030; and celebrating Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party...

The emulation movements were implemented synchronously and in depth, attracting the positive response of officials, civil servants, and workers, contributing to improving the work efficiency of each official and civil servant, and successfully fulfilling the professional and political tasks of the agencies. This created a widespread impact and was recognized, commended, and rewarded by all levels in the implementation of tasks.

In 2026, the emulation bloc of provincial Party agencies will continue to innovate and improve the quality of patriotic emulation movements, closely following the directives of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the guidance of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; linking emulation movements with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh and fulfilling political tasks, economic and social development programs, national defense and security, and building a strong Party and political system.

At the conference, member agencies of the emulation bloc also conducted the review and awarding of emulation achievements for 2025, elected the head of the emulation bloc of Party agencies, and approved the emulation movement for 2026.
