Five individuals have been charged with disturbing public order.

The Chau Khe commune police have just issued a decision to prosecute five individuals for disturbing public order.

Earlier, at approximately 00:00 on January 1, 2026, the commune police received a report from the public about a fight involving several individuals on National Highway 7A, specifically the section passing through Hamlet 2/9, Chau Khe Commune.

Upon receiving the report, the police quickly arrived at the scene to verify and clarify the situation. They determined that six individuals residing in Chau Khe and Con Cuong communes were driving motorcycles and using homemade pepper spray and bamboo sticks to chase each other for nearly 20 kilometers on National Highway 7A, from Con Cuong commune to Chau Khe commune.

The police seized 3 motorcycles (including 2 with license plates removed), 1 bamboo stick; and also detained CVH (born in 2007), residing in Block 4, Con Cuong commune, on charges of "disturbing public order".

Following an investigation, the Chau Khe Commune Police issued a decision to prosecute five individuals for the crime of "Disrupting public order," including: CVH; NHQ (born in 2008), residing in Tan Hoa village, Con Cuong commune; KVT (born in 2009), K.D.P (born in 2009), both residing in Dong Tien village; and LTL (born in 2009), residing in Yen Hoa village, all in Chau Khe commune.
