Two suspects charged with robbery.

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 30th, the Nghi Loc District Police announced that they have initiated criminal proceedings and detained Pham Hong Q, born in 1998, and Vuong Van A, born in 1997, both residing in Chua Hamlet, Nghi Yen Commune (Nghi Loc District), for the crime of robbery.

Earlier, at 6 PM on November 20th, Mr. Vo Cao Cuong, born in 1994, from Dong Hoi city (Quang Binh province), was riding a motorbike carrying Ms. Phan Thi Linh, born in 1996, from Tan Ky district, to visit the Bai Lu Beach Eco-tourism Area.

The police are working with the two suspects, Q and A.

When Mr. Cuong and Ms. Linh arrived at Hamlet 1, Nghi Tien Commune (Nghi Loc District), Pham Hong Q, with Vuong Van A riding behind him, approached Mr. Cuong's motorbike and snatched a black iPhone 5 from Ms. Linh's hand. Upon receiving the report, the Nghi Loc District Police investigated and identified Pham Hong Q and Vuong Van A as the perpetrators of the robbery. Both are currently students at a high school in the area.

Currently, the Nghi Loc district investigative agency is carrying out legal proceedings in accordance with the law.
