Previously, at around 2:15 p.m. on September 11, the District Police detectives received information that a group of people were gambling for money at the house of Mr. Trinh Xuan Binh (born in 1978), residing in Roc Lua hamlet, Tien Thanh commune. The Yen Thanh District Police detectives were ordered to raid and arrest them red-handed.
| The suspects' identities include: Le Van Giang (born in 1986); Ta Quoc Duong (born in 1960); Le Xuan Duan (born in 1963); Luu Xuan Su (born in 1960); Tran Xuan Lenh (born in 1960); Nguyen Huu Ba (born in 1984) and Dinh Trong Cong (born in 1979), all residing in Tien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district. At the scene, the police seized 02 decks of cards, 01 mat and 6.5 million VND on the gambling mat; when searching the suspects, the police seized an additional 31.5 million VND. |
At the investigation agency, faced with undeniable evidence, the subjects admitted their crimes. Through the investigation, the Investigation Agency clarified that this group of subjects used 12.5 million VND to gamble for money (three-card poker - PV).
It is known that the subjects Tran Xuan Lenh, Le Van Giang and Ta Quoc Duong all have 1 criminal record and 1 previous conviction; subject Le Xuan Duan has 1 previous conviction.
