(Baonghean.vn) - On July 30, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police issued a decision to prosecute the accused Dao Xuan Duong (born in 1986), residing in Tam Hop Commune, Quy Hop District, for the crime of "Violating regulations on research, exploration, and exploitation of resources" according to Clause 2, Article 227 of the Penal Code.
