The Ministry of Finance recommends that localities strengthen tax collection management, handle tax arrears and suspend unnecessary expenditures. If local budgets are in difficulty, reports are needed to allow for advance payment of expenditures, ensuring human and social security policies.
Also related to the issue of wages and bonuses, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs also issued a document requesting the provincial Departments of Labor to proactively grasp the situation of this year's unpaid wages and the plan for Tet bonuses for employees, and send it to the Ministry before December 30./.
