The Ministry of Finance has recently sent a document to localities outlining several solutions for managing and implementing financial and budgetary tasks, including a requirement to prevent any instances of unpaid salaries for officials, civil servants, and public employees.

The Ministry of Finance has requested that localities strengthen revenue management, address outstanding tax debts, and temporarily suspend unnecessary expenditures. If local budgets are strained, reports should be submitted to allow for advance funding to ensure the provision of benefits and social security policies for individuals.
Also related to the issue of wages and bonuses for workers, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has issued a document requesting the Departments of Labor in the provinces to proactively monitor the situation of unpaid wages this year and the plan for Tet bonuses for workers, and submit it to the Ministry before December 30th./.
